Task 1

Create your personal flag

  • Create your personal flag, using only colors and symbols (no text!) like Mia has done.
  • You can also use your flag from «Step 1 or 2».

Task 2

Present your flag

  • Assemble into groups of four people.
  • Sit in a circle.
  • Present your flags to one another.
  • Why have you chosen certain specific colors and symbols?

Task 3

Design a group flag

Now you will collaboratively design a flag for your group.

  • Use a blank rectangle.
    • How will you go about it?
    • Will individual group members get their own space, or will you share the whole rectangle?
    • What will you put on this flag?
    • Which colors will you use?
  • Discuss this among your group and draw your flag.
  • Important: Everyone in your group has to agree.
