Task 1
Read the statements
First read through the statements of “What a friend is…” and think if you agree or disagree.
What is a friend?
List of sentences:
- A friend helps me when I am sick.
- A friend borrows my things without asking.
- A friend is someone I can fight with.
- A friend enjoys the same things I enjoy.
- A friend makes me do things I do not want to do.
- A friend helps me when I am in trouble.
- A friend is someone with whom I can share secrets.

Task 2
Sort the sentences
- Drag the sentences with which you agree into the blue box and those with which you disagree into the beige box.
- The result will not be saved. If you like you can also take a screen shot.

Task 3
Present a group poster
Come together in a group of four.
- Share your “agree-“ and “disagree-sentences”.
- Write out the sentences with which you all agree on a poster.
- Discuss other things you all agree on about what a friend is.
- You can add this finding to your poster.
- Present your poster to the group.
