Draw and try to capture feelings and situations by yourself before you discuss them with others. «Step 2» invites you to think about worries and helpful strategies for dealing with them. In «Step 3» you read or listen to a story and discuss it with others. You will find out what gives you courage and in which situations it is helpful to be courageous. Before you evaluate your learning success at the end of the unit, you should share your thoughts and results in two discussion groups in Step 2 and 3.
