Draw your favorite healthy dish and all its needed ingredients. First think about it:

- Try to find the recipe for the dish, with all its ingredients.
- You can use the internet or ask someone who might know the recipe.
- When you have found the recipe, write it down in the text box below. If you still have space, write it down on your sheet as well.
- Take a photo of your finished drawing.

Make a shopping list
Look at the ingredients for the recipe.
- Make a shopping list for the ingredients of your healthy dish and try to find out how much they cost.
- Calculate the amount of ingredients required for 4 people.
- Write down the amount of each ingredients in the text box.
- Try to find out the price of the ingredients.
- Write the price beside each item.
- Calculate the price of the whole dish.
