In «Step 1» you will think about what can cause a conflict and discuss which conflicts can be solved easily and how that might be accomplished. In «Step 2» you will learn and implement a conflict-resolution-process. In «Step 3» you will first draw a mind map and then discuss a case of violence. The unit ends with a «Self-evaluation».
