The rules of your home country
Think about your home country and its rules. Which rules come to your mind?
- Do some brainstorming and write the results in the text box below.
Task 2
Categorizing the rules
Look at the rules you listed in «Task 1». Edit your text according to the following categories:
- Determine to which categories your rules belong and add the letter in brackets in front of each rule.
- (F) for rules in family
- (PL) for rules in public life
- (R) for religious rules

Share your thoughts!
- Copy your revised rules from «Task 1» and share them with the discussion group below. Also state the name of your home country, so your colleagues know, where these rules apply.
- Read through some of the rules shared by your colleagues in the discussion group. Look for someone who is from a different country.
- Compare the rules from their home country with yours. In which way are they similar? Where are they different?
- Share your results by commenting on the rules shared by someone in the discussion group. Let others know whether their rules are similar to yours and where there are differences.
