In «Step 1» you create a drawing of an experience you had in Europe and share that drawing with your colleagues. In «Step 2» you learn about the types of prejudices and how to explain, why they are harmful. In «Step 3» you learn why discrimination exists, how it is created and what strategies you can use against it. The unit ends with a «Self-evaluation».
