Exploring professional fields
Sit in a small group. What other professional fields can you think of? What kinds of jobs would match these categories?
- Each participant chooses a professional field to explore.
- Try to find different jobs that belong to your chosen professional field.
- Use the web if you need more information.
- Within your group, discuss your chosen professional field and the occupations you encountered in this field.
- Write your chosen professional field and its occupations on a sheet of paper. You can also create a poster together, if you are in a class.
Task 3
Sharing your matches
- Now share the jobs and matching professional fields you observed.
- Also provide feedback to other matches or add your ideas by leaving a comment.
