In «Step 1» you will match professional fields with symbols, then find jobs that correspond to a certain field. After discussing your results, share your matches in a discussion group. In «Step 2» you choose your favorite field, give reasons for your selection and comment on other participants’ results. «Step 3» provides you the opportunity to learn about specific skills needed for a particular job and the matching professional field. After sorting the skills in «Job-Specific Skills» and «Transferable Skills» you will consider the skills you still need to acquire to qualify for your ideal job. Then, share your findings and respond to other posts in the discussion group. Finally, assess yourself in a «Self-evaluation».
